Demolition has been completed and excavation work is about to begin for a new 45-unit condominium apartment building at 517 West 46th Street.
The attractive project is being developed by Clinton West Partners and Kaish & Taub Development Group.
Kutnicki Bernstein Architects have designed the handsome red-brick building that will have gently curved balconies on its west end and a yellow-brick section with rectilinear balconies near the east end.
The Kaish & Taub Development Group is also building another low-rise condominium apartment designed by the same architects at 154 Attorney Street on the Lower East Side.
