Marketing has begun for the Premier, the six-story, rusticated limestone-clad, residential condominium building at 236 East 81st Street.

The building has six apartments, all with outdoor space, and prices range from about $1,837,000 to about $1,925,000 and sizes from about 1,476 to 1,550 square feet.

Douglas Pulaskiuis of Bricolage Design of Brooklyn is the architect.

236 E. 81 Development Corp of Hollis Queens of which Yosi Cohen is the president is the developer.

The building has a glass marquee that is angled upwards, a roof deck, a common recreation room in the basement, central air-conditioning, recessed lighting, washer-dryer hook-ups, a bicycle room, storage facilities, and attractive wall sconces to the west of the entrance. The lobby is slightly ramped and makes a right turn.

The building has a keyed elevator and two duplex penthouse units.

Kitchens have Milano cabinetry, Sub-Zero refrigerators and Wolf and Miele appliances and baths have Lacava and Duravit fixtures.

Above the first floor, the apartments have handsome balconies with French doors facing the street.

The building is three doors to the west of Etats-Unis, a popular restaurant. It is also east of another new condominium apartment project now under construction on the other side of the street at 215 East 81st Street.
