Lindsey says, "The building walked a fine line between affordability and accessibility with the Q-line being nearby and being close and connected to everything you needed to be." They also loved the fact that 2100 Bedford is a new building, so no expensive gut renovation is necessary.

Noticing the quick pace of sales, the couple made an offer in the building's K-line. "The sunlight was fantastic and it just had a bright, airy and happy feel," says Lindsey. They are now working with Harken Interiors to make the 100% theirs.
