As a fellow East End Avenue resident, Deborah Berke brought in a modern interpretation of local architecture. According to the development team, there will be duplex, maisonette, and penthouse units coming in two- to five-bedroom layouts. All homes will feature casement windows, white oak herringbone floors, and upscale finishes.
