The latest addition can be found at 422 West 49th Street, a new seven-story boutique condominium by Mortar ARC + DEV that has risen on an empty lot.
Of the eight units inside, three have just been listed. A studio is on the market for $495K; between its small square footage and kitchenette, this might be best suited for a pied-a-terre. At the other end of the scale, a pair of full-floor three-bedroom units are listed for $2.5 million and $2.725 million. They are both reached by key-locked elevator and feature private balconies. The building is also said to offer duplex one-bedrooms, but none of these are on the market yet.
