Here's the breakdown: 56 studio units are available for $947/month, 87 one-bedroom units are going for $1,017/month, and 40 two-bedroom units are asking $1,230/month.
Qualifying New Yorkers have until May 3, 2018 to apply via NYC Housing Connect for the new affordable units. Questions regarding this offer must be referred to NYC’s Housing Connect department by dialing 311.

123 Melrose, another ODA project at 10 Montieth Street, and 115 Stanwix Street are all part of the redevelopment of the former Rheingold Brewery factory, which will bring more than 1,500 apartments to the neighborhood. Just 283 of those units are affordable.
