Ever since Thirteen East + West topped out in November, it has been full speed ahead for Amirian Group's two-building complex at 336 and 342 East 13th Street. The New York attorney general's office accepted an offering plan with an $18.075 million sellout, and the façade was revealed on Instagram. The design by Tabanlioğlu Architects features metal panels and Accoya wood cladding.

The Instagram post also announced that sales will launch this spring. The full-floor, two-bedroom units will have direct elevator access, floor-to-ceiling windows, private storage, and Alta Cucine kitchens with Miele appliance packages. Select units will have private balconies, and each penthouse will have a private roof deck and private, single-car garage. Prices are not yet available, but the median price for an East Village two-bedroom condo is $2.195 million, according to CityRealty data.
Thirteen East + West is the latest exciting news for this stretch of the East Village. The neighborhood's first Target is coming to 510 East 14th Street, and leasing has launched for the apartments on top. A few doors away, the East Village's second Trader Joe's is coming to 432 East 14th Street. Classic East Village dining and nightlife is a short walk away.
