The pricey supertalls dominated the list of top-selling condo buildings in New York despite there only being five closings total between the two—but those five apartments sold for a combined $149.35 million.
There were two sales recorded at One57, totaling $78.4 million. Unit 85 in the tower, a three-bedroom, four-bathroom, 6,240 ft2 apartment, sold for $53.96 million. The sale price, while lofty, was $1.59 million lower than it originally sold for in 2014. The other recorded sale at One57 was Unit 52B, a five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom 5,475ft2 apartment that was a sponsor sale.
