In Williamsburg, a new boutique residential development is underway at 224 North 6th Street between Roebling Street and Driggs Avenue.
Permits were first filed in 2016 for a four-story building with three residences spread over 4,975 square feet of residential space. A rendering from JMA shows a modern building composed of varying materials with expansive street-facing windows. Of course, Williamsburg has had its fair-share of residential developments and just down the block from here, a collection of modern townhomes known as Sixth & Meyer has condominiums for sale starting from $2.249 million.
