Not too long ago we had a peek at new renderings from Charlie West, a pair of 16-floor buildings with 123-units set to rise at 505 West 43rd Street in Hell's Kitchen. Now, in anticipation of the sales launch this summer, more renderings have been revealed - including a first look inside an apartment. The celebrated Andres Escobar is behind the interiors and ODA Architecture is responsible for the brown brick building's irregular (but pleasing) facade. The project is being co-developed by Elad Group and Mi&Co.
Escobar has brought that desirable downtown look to Hell's Kitchen through his use of "raw, natural materials with exciting textures and bespoke finishes." Amenities have been inspired by boutique hotels from around the world and include a lounge with a fireplace incorporated into the first floor lobby/library and a calming double-height indoor pool that opens up to an outdoor terrace on an impressive 6,000-square-foot center courtyard, linking the project's two 16-story structures. Escobar designed the amenities to act as a year-round retreat for residents and to feel like "true community spaces."

As for the loft-style residences, which range from studios to three-bedrooms to penthouses, they will feature typical open-plan living rooms with wide plank oak floors, floor-to-ceiling windows with city views, and "chic kitchens" with premium appliances, lacquered cabinets, and white quartz backsplash and counters.
