Closings from the 21-unit Chelsea condo d’Orsay, at 211 West 14th Street, have started to trickle into public records. Four sales in the building have been recorded, ranging from a 713/ft2 one-bedroom that sold for $1.7 million to a 1,402/ft2 two-bedroom that sold for $3.1 million.
Adellco developed the building, and Hill West Architects was the architect. The interiors were designed by Jacques Garcia, well-known for his contemporary interiors in Europe. The building marks Garcia’s first foray into the New York market.
