EXHIBIT, at 56 Fulton Street, will be a 23-story rental tower in the heart of the rejuvenated Financial District. The 130,000-square-foot project replaces a large, preexisting parking garage and is being developed by the Brauser Group and Scott Aaron's Socius Development Group. Hill West, the building's architects, have specified a conservative exterior composed of dark-colored bricks, multi-pane windows and floor-to-ceiling windows. The fast-rising project was topped off this fall and has already received most of its cladding. At this rate, leasing should begin by year's end.

Interiors are being crafted by Andrés Escobar and communal spaces will feature imagery from distinguished photographers. The New York Observer reported that each corridor will showcase photos of artists and musicians from the 1970s and 1980s. The building’s 121 apartments will come in studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts and will all feature large windows, Stevali Italian kitchens, and some will have balconies with sweeping views of downtown Manhattan. Twenty percent of the residences will be reserved as affordable housing.
The 23rd floor will host many of the buildings amenities, including two landscaped terraces, an indoor and outdoor fireplace, a lounge, game room, a kitchen and a dining area. Other amenities include a fitness center with a separate yoga studio, an attended lobby and bike storage.
