With the holiday season upon us, Extell Development Company and Nordstrom announced a new exclusive partnership for residents of Central Park Tower, the tallest residential building in the world. The first seven stories of the 1,550-foot-high building are occupied by New York’s Nordstrom flagship, which opened last fall, and the partnership seeks to take its offerings to the top floor.
Residents of Central Park Tower will be guaranteed reservations at Nordstrom’s six restaurants and bars. Nordstrom Spa Services provides beauty and spa treatments ranging from Drybar blowouts to Kate Somerville facials. Personal stylists are on hand to assist with wardrobe in-home, and residents will have advance access to new brands and collections as well as priority access to invitation-only events. The Centrale embarked on a similar partnership with the nearby Saks Fifth Avenue last year, but it is hard to get much closer than an elevator ride away, as Nordstrom is for Central Park Tower residents.

“From your private living room to the world’s highest private residential club, we have carefully considered every element of your life at Central Park Tower, and our partnership with Nordstrom is yet another point of distinction” - Joaquin F. Stearns, Senior Vice President of Development, Extell
Indeed, the partnership with Nordstrom enhances all aspects of life at Central Park Tower. The spa services are available in-home as well as in-store. Additionally, the partnership offers dining experiences both in-residence and at Central Park Club, approximately 50,000 square feet of amenity space spread over three stories and including The 100th Floor, the world’s highest private residential club.
Current availabilities at Central Park Tower range from a three-bedroom for $8.5 million to a five-bedroom full-floor unit for $65.5 million. All units feature high ceilings, gourmet kitchens from Smallbone of Devizes, supremely luxurious bedroom suites, and spectacular Central Park and skyline views through floor-to-ceiling glass. Closings are anticipated to commence at the end of the year, and occupancy is estimated for 2021.
