A recent site visit shows that work is underway on a seven-story, ground up building by UA Builders Group at 1081 Tiffany Street in the Bronx (h/t YIMBY). A medical office will be on the ground floor, and 26 apartments will be on top. Permits show that there will be eight parking spaces, and residential amenities will include a laundry room and bike room.
The architect of record, Mount Vernon-based Badaly has other projects in the Bronx, including a 12-story residential project in Fordham Heights.
Families will appreciate the site’s proximity to nearby schools and playgrounds. It is a short walk away from the Simpson Street subway stop for a convenient commute.
