After securing financing last October, new condominium by Cape Advisors, Strategic Capital and Forum Absolute Capital Partners, at 110 Charlton Street (aka 537 Greenwich Street) has officially moved forward with construction with foundation piles peppering the West SoHo lot. According to the offering plan on file, the 27-story tower has been dubbed Greenwich West Condominium and intends to host 170 residences.

Owner David Kronman has tapped Adamson Associates Architects as the architect of record. Standing between Greenwich and Hudson Streets near Pier 40, the building will encompass 225,700 square feet of residential space, as well as 2,150 square feet of commercial space.
Renderings via ArtefactoryLab reveal a light grey structure defined by staggered setbacks hosting private landscaped terraces. Amenities are slated to include a fitness center, a lounge, a rooftop terrace, bicycle storage, automated parking (30 spots), and a children’s playroom.
Situated in SoHo, the building joins the ranks of celebrated cast-iron strongholds and large loft spaces. Future residents will enjoy close proximity to trendy stores, boutiques, and restaurants, as well as subway lines at the Broadway/Lafayette, Prince, Spring, Bleecker, and Astor stations.
