Developer Hello Living describes itself as “shaping the future of Brooklyn,” which can most recently be seen at 2417 Albemarle Road. Hello Living bought the property for $2.3 million in March 2014 (per Acris), and the 12-story, 43-unit building known as Hello Albemarle is now expected to launch leasing any day now. Recent photos on the developer's website and on Instagram show that construction has topped out, the façade and front railings are completed, and interiors are well underway.

All units will be reached by private elevator and feature open layouts, triple-paned windows and doors, and large private terraces. Several on-site parking places, a bike room, and easy access to the Church Avenue subway stops offer a host of commuting options. The iconic Kings Theatre is a short walk away, as are the shopping and dining of Flatbush Avenue.

Leasing has not launched yet, but the median rent for Prospect Lefferts Gardens is $2,677/month. This offers a bit of a break from the Brooklyn median of $3,000/month (all figures per CityRealty data).
