For the week of December 9, 2018, there were a total of 195 condo and co-op closings recorded in Manhattan totaling to $441,239,974. The 91 recorded condo sales came in at an average price of $3.82 million and $1,975 per ft². The 105 co-op sales came in at an average price of $928,190. Not only is it the biggest closing in the building so far, but the most expensive private residential sale ever recorded downtown.
