Over the course of Hell's Kitchen's recent residential building boomlet, much of the new development has taken shape in the westernmost sections of the neighborhood in a move that offers both a central address and some detachment from the most bustling sections of Manhattan. However, as newly launched condominium Lightsquare shows, new development is starting to make its way further east closer to Times Square. Buyers do not seem to object, though — five of the building's 29 units have already entered contract.
The first round of availabilities starts at $890K for one-bedrooms, $1.45 million for two-bedrooms, and $1.999 million for three-bedrooms. The sales launch comes almost exactly a year after an offering plan with a $53,445,000 sellout price was filed in July 2023.
