From October 3-9, 2021, a total of 444 Manhattan condo, co-op, and condop sales closed at an aggregate total of $845,233,698. The 196 condo sales came to a median price of $1,763,000, or $1,535 per square foot. The 237 co-op sales recorded a median price of $780,000.
