Boutique Manhattan development The Amirian Group recently unveiled its first model at Thirteen East + West. Rising at 436 and 442 East 13th Street between First Avenue and Avenue A, the new East Village luxury development is comprised of two 6-story buildings offering 12 full-floor two-bedroom homes.
The 1,706-square-foot model residence is clad in top-of-the-line internationally-inspired finishes. A preview of luxury to come, the home features Lualdi Italian doors, Alta Cucine kitchens, Miele appliances, and Rossetto Italia wardrobes. Each of the sun-drenched homes will include floor-to-ceiling windows, private storage, and balconies.

With facades of chic metal panels and Accoya wood cladding, the two buildings feature a design by internationally renowned Tabanlioglu Architects as we previously reported. Each will culminate in a state-of-the-art penthouse, equipped with a private roof deck and private single-car parking garage. Further building-wide amenities will include private storage, a virtual doorman with smartphone capability, and a key-access elevator.
Situated in the East Village, Thirteen East + West is just one block from the L train on 14th Street, and will soon be joined by the incoming Target and Trader Joe's. Within walking distance of the convenience of Union Square, countless restaurants, and multiple nightlife venues, the building combines luxury charm with the quintessential Manhattan lifestyle.
Though the East Village is known for its grit rather than its glamor, Amirian Group founder and president David Amirian claims that the building will bring a new sense of indulgence to the historic, but changing, neighborhood. Nearby new developments doing the same, albeit on a larger than boutique-sized scale, include the 81-unit Liberty Toye at 62 Avenue B and the 82-unit Steiner East Village at 438 East 12th Street.
Pricing at Thirteen East + West is set to begin at $2.35 million, with penthouse residences starting at $3.6 million. Ryan Serhant and Brian Cha of Nest Seekers have the exclusive for the sales and marketing of the development.
