NAVA’s forthcoming condo, rising at the corner of Fourth Ave. and E. 10th Street has gone vertical, and new banners at the construction site tout the project’s official website and address as 80 East 10th Street.
The structural frame is now two floors up and will eventually top out at ten stories. A rendering first uncovered by EV Grieve shows the building will boast an energetic form of cantilevering volumes and cut-out sections. An irregular facade is composed of ribbed, honey-hued panels alternating with full-height windows.

Inside, there will be 12 units with no more than two residences per floor. The building's eclectically-massed upper portion will be home to a duplex penthouse with outdoor spaces capturing views of Grace Church and the surrounding neighborhood. Brown Harris Stevens will be handling marketing and sales of the units.
The project is being brought to market by Flatiron-based NAVA. Joining a growing number of firms who are responsible for many of the city’s most exciting developments, NAVA is serving as both the designer and developer of 80 East 10th. With prior envelope-pushing work such as 210 Pacific and 121 Wyckoff under their belt, this project will be the firm’s first ground-up building in Manhattan. NAVA was also given the nod by the city's Landmark's Preservation Commision to build a 10-unit condo at 14 White Street in Tribeca.
