The firm of Samuel Wieder Architects has revealed a new rendering for a forthcoming 8-story mixed-use development at 1190 Fulton Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant. The new 39,957-square-foot building will occupy the corner of Bedford Avenue and Fulton Street and the location is just one block to the Franklin Avenue stop on the C train.
The rendering shows a modern building of varied materials with a two-story glass base, which will offer 14,902 square feet of commercial space. Above, there will be 30 residences spread throughout the upper six floors and many units will have terraces or balconies. The residential portion encompasses 25,055 square feet and each unit will average just above 835 square feet, so these will likely be rentals. On the third floor, residents will have access to a recreation space and an outdoor roof terrace. Permits list the owner as Eddie Mizrachi of Bawabeh Brothers.
