On Sunday, June 3rd, Nine on the Hudson’s hosted a Summer Block Party to unveil their luxurious amenity deck and offerings. Nine on the Hudson is a new, 13-story, 278-unit luxury residential development in West New York, NJ is just north of Jersey City and Hoboken.
There was a special ribbon cutting ceremony with Mayor Felix Roque, of West New York. Additionally, to celebrate the start of summer, guest attendees were able to tour the waterfront oasis that Nine on the Hudson offers its residents, all while enjoying live music, refreshments and delicious eats from local food trucks like Milk Sugar Love, Cuban Express, MozzArepas and others.
Designed by Marchetto Higgins Stieve Architects, the building’s spacious floor plans have views of NYC and five-star amenities, including sauna spa, virtual golf simulator, a state-of-the-art, two-story fitness center and a dedicated area with a wet bar, Jacuzzi, private cabanas, and 24/7 concierge services. Nine on Hudson’s interiors were designed by Childs Dreyfus Group with kitchens with large islands, Bosch appliances, Italian Pedini cabinetry, and Restoration Hardware light fixtures. Most homes also include floor-to-ceiling windows and direct access to private balconies.
All of that with an added benefit of substantial tax savings. Due to a 20-year tax abatement program, buyers will only pay a 1.1% property tax rate for the first 10 years, with gradual increases during the remaining 10.
After launching sales in September, the building is currently 40% sold.
