As CityRealty data shows, condos in New York's Downtown neighborhoods are in hot demand. Listings from Canal Street to West 30th Street are selling at a median price of $2,010 per square foot, with Noho having the highest median prices ($5.7 million and $2,665 per square foot) and lowest inventory (only 13 condo availabilities). A borough away, neighborhoods like Cobble Hill, DUMBO, and Brooklyn Heights are giving some Manhattan neighborhoods a run for their money in terms of median condo price and price per square foot.
