According to these, the median price of a Manhattan condo is $2,348,593, or $1,776 per square foot, in a slight dip from last week's figures. Manhattan co-ops, though, have come up a bit with a median price of $899,961.
Rental listings all over New York remain on the rise with a whopping 17,098 availabilities as of this writing. Median Manhattan rents have dropped to $2,761/month for studios, $3,329/month for one-beds, $4,262/month for two-beds, and $5,250/month for three-beds.
