The last time we checked in on ODA's Upper East Side project at 176 East 82nd Street (formerly referred to as 180 East 82nd Street), construction had just begun. Now, after years in the making, the luxury condo is rising and nearly topped out. An updated rendering, which shows off the modern yet elegant facade, has also been posted on Nexus Development's site. When complete, 176 East 82nd Street will stand 10 stories tall (100 feet) and hold nine four-bedroom full-floor residences and 1,822 square feet of ground-floor retail space.

As previously reported, a key-locked elevator will open directly into the units, which will feature 10' ceilings, hardwood floors, and kitchens equipped with granite kitchen counters, high-end applainces, and custom walnut wood cabinets. As typical with new developments, the living, dining and kitchen areas will be open and flow seamlessly together for optimal entertaining and living. Building amenities will include a doorman, elevator, common roof deck, a fitness center, residential storage and a laundry room.
Nexus Development and ODA Architecture are also working together on 165 Chrystie Street, another condominium project that is rising over on the Lower East Side.
