Additionally, the nearby Long Island City ferry offers a short, scenic commute. Closer to home, the complex is conveniently located near Gantry Plaza State Park, Hunter’s Point South Park, and Hunters Point Community Park. Cultural attractions include MoMA PS1, Chocolate Factory Theater, and The Creek & The Cave.
An offering plan filed with the city lists a $7.315 million sellout for Vernon1. To that end, apartments in this buildings start at $895K for one-bedrooms and $1.329 million for two-bedrooms. There is also a studio listed for $895K. Vernon3 also has a $7.315 million sellout, and Vernon2 has a $7.17 million sellout.
