As New York's hospitality industry continues to make a comeback from the darkest days of the pandemic, the past year has been a busy one for Thompson Hotels. In November 2021, new hotel Thompson Central Park opened to the public in the former Parker New York space (itself previously Le Parker Meridien) in Midtown West. It later introduced an Upper Stories concept on floors 26-33, a collection of rooms with better views, upgraded finishes, and high-end in-room amenities. Most recently, sales launched on ONE11 Residences, the collection of condo residences on the top nine floors of the building.
ONE11 Residences comprises 99 one- through two-bedroom units with current availabilities starting at $1.375 million for one-bedrooms and $2.2 million for two-bedrooms. The residential collection also includes a pair of four-bedroom penthouses with private terraces overlooking Central Park, but these have not yet come on the market.

ONE11 Residences is helmed by GFI Development, whose portfolio includes The Beekman Hotel and The Beekman Residences in the Financial District. The residences and bespoke public spaces feature interiors by Thomas Juul-Hansen, whose interior credits include the nearby One57 (which, incidentally, has its condos located on top of the Park Hyatt’s U.S. flagship).
Turnkey furniture packages are available, and all residences feature:
- Floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Central Park and skyline views
- 7” oak flooring
- In-unit Miele washer and ventless dryer
- Four-pipe fan coil HVAC systems with zoned climate control
- Kitchens with white quartz countertops, white oak cabinetry, Miele appliance packages, and Marvel wine refrigerators
- Primary bedrooms with walk-in closets
- Primary baths with Bianco Dolomiti stone vanity and backsplash and Waterworks polished nickel fixtures
“ONE11 Residences at Thompson Central Park presents a unique offering in the marketplace that balances a luxurious lifestyle with true comforts of home, and the added benefit of hotel services and amenities” – Stan Spiegelman, Managing Director, GFI Development
Residents will enjoy access to the hotel’s state-of-the-art fitness center and a third-floor lounge shared only with Upper Stories guests; this will serve continental breakfast in the morning and canapes at night. They will also have access to the hotel’s concierge, which offers them a priority reservations line, discounted room rates, housekeeping and maintenance services, and assistance with restaurant, theater, and car service renovations.
ONE11 Residences is in a central location near Central Park, Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, the Theater District, Rockefeller Center, high-end shopping, and fine dining. However, a number of attractive culinary options may be found under its roof alone: Offerings include New York icon Burger Joint, the high-end Indian Accent, newly opened luxury cocktail lounge Parker’s (named for jazz legend Charlie Parker, not the previous hotel), and in-room dining featuring a collaboration with Milk Bar.
