Spacious Williamsburg Condos at 62 & 66 North 3rd Street to Launch Sales in August
A pair of Williamsburg condo buildings will begin sales in August on 13 family-sized residences. The still-under-construction project is located at 62 and 66 North Third Street, one block from the East River waterfront between Wythe and Kent avenues. According to the Real Deal, the developers are David Duke Dweck, Steven Ancona and Michael Marino who picked up the properties for $4.93 million in 2014.
Per the offering plan filed with the Attorney General, the total sellout of both buildings is $29.55M. 66 North 3rd Street will have five full-floor homes each spanning approximately 2,000 square feet in size. Prices will average $3 million apiece and the penthouse will come with a 1,500-square-foot private deck. 62 North 3rd will have eight apartments averaging $1.75 million apiece.
Dweck tells TRD that finishes will include Italian tile and oak flooring and will be similar in caliber to the finishes they’ve used on Tribeca projects. MNS will be handling sales and marketing and a teaser site for the project recently came online.

Per our market data, condo closing prices in Williamsburg have dipped slightly over the past year to $1,156 per ft², off their September 2016 peak of $1,291 per ft². The decline may due to the upcoming L train shutdown that is set to begin April 2019.
