Prospect Heights’ Hello Townhouses at 22-36 Underhill Avenue is nearing completion. The 8-home development is being spearheaded by Eli Karp’s Hello Living who purchased the site’s pre-existing warehouse for $2.1 million in 2013. The venture was first unveiled in late 2015 where it was revealed that Zambrano Architectural Design would serve as the architect of the record and Brooklyn-based Loadingdock5, the designers.
As seen in the renderings and our recent photos, the house exteriors are minimalistic donning clean lines and large windows. Yet to make to make an appearance however is the muted palette of colors that is to finish the facades.
Listings have yet to hit the market but are expected to come online later this year. Each townhouse rises 3-stories tall and measures nearly 2,000 square feet in area apiece. Interior layouts are configured to seamlessly blend the indoors with the outdoors and to offer unforgettable vistas of New York’s skyline. Each home will have its own large private terrace with an outdoor kitchenette. Living rooms will be finished with polished concrete floors and floor-to-ceiling doors, and chef’s kitchens come equipped with high-end appliances and finishes you’d expect in a luxury building. Additionally, environmentally-friendly features are to include green roofs, 4” of insulation, and triple-paned windows and doors.
Purchasers will enjoy a 15-year tax abatement, underground parking spaces, and a fitness center. Hello Townhouses will join other Hello Living branded properties nearby such as Hello Washington, Hello Madison and Hello Sydney.
