One of the last vacant parcels in Carroll Gardens has been snatched up: Plans have been filed to erect a new, four-story building as 130 Carroll Street, the current site of a three-story townhouse and vacant lot. There will be a total of three apartments with two duplex and one triplex averaging 1,557 square feet.
Atelier New York Architecture filed the plans for the new building, which will count an enclosed parking garage and roof decks among amenities. Recently revealed renderings show a building with a red brick façade and large windows. The height is congruent with its neighbors, yet grey accents set it apart. Build360 is the developer of the building, which is located on a tree-lined street three blocks from the Carroll Street subway stop.
