After building anticipation along with the structure for the past year, renderings of Toll Brothers City Living’s new Tribeca condo 19 Leonard Street have just been released. The 19-story building designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill with Hill West recalls Tribeca’s warehouses and lofts with details like dark bronze window frames and terra cotta fins. Studios start at $795K; one-bedrooms at $1.29 million; two-bedrooms as $2.57 million; three-bedrooms at $3.35 million; and four-bedrooms at $5.2 million. Penthouses with expansive private terraces start at $7.99 million.

All 112 apartments have interiors by Whitewall Interiors and will feature nearly floor-to-ceiling windows and oak floors. Chef’s kitchens have oak cabinetry, richly textured marble, and a suite of Gaggenau appliances. Spa-like baths have custom pewter and brass fixtures that harken back to Tribeca’s industrial past.
In addition to the sumptuous interiors, renderings of 91 Leonard Street’s luxe amenities ran in the Tribeca Citizen article announcing the reveal. A rooftop terrace has spectacular skyline views, lounge seating, grills, and an outdoor fireplace and television. Inside, a private 60-foot lap pool has a wide deck with lounge chairs, changing rooms, and a separate steam room and sauna. Other amenities include a lounge with fireplace and garden access, fitness center, screening room, and children’s playroom.
