RoseBk: Passive House condo blooms in Williamsburg; Simplex through triplex units with parking available

Approximately one year after sales launched at Lexè, a Crown Heights boutique condominium constructed to Passive House standards, the building is 70% sold with only one public availability, a three-bedroom asking $2 million. Boutique condominiums like RoseBk are not known for their extensive amenity package, but this building’s greatest perk may be its Williamsburg address near McCarren Park and the Bedford Avenue retail corridor, which includes Whole Foods; those who’d prefer to eat out will appreciate being fairly surrounded by popular local restaurants, cafes, and bars.
