M Development's Grand Manor, Prospect Manor, Quincy Manor, and Bayard Manor M Development's Grand Manor, Prospect Manor, Quincy Manor, and Bayard Manor
NYC-based developers M Development have been keeping busy these days, especially in Brooklyn, where four of their boutique condominium buildings have launched sales this week. A press release via Ryan Serhant of The Serhant Team at Nest Seekers International announced their exclusive (and surprising) partnership with the developers and their buildings, referred to as "The Manor Portfolio," and consist of Grand Manor at 404 Grand Street, Prospect Manor at 351 Prospect Place, Bayard Manor at 135 Bayard Street, and Quincy Manor at 377 Quincy Street. The buildings are situated throughout the transforming borough - in Williamsburg, Prospect Heights, and Bedford Stuyvesant.

Construction on Prospect Manor was completed this year. It stands a low 3.5 stories in Prospect Heights and features 6 luxury units, designed by Leyden Lewis, with prices starting at $845K. Each home boasts modern open plan layouts, oak floors, central heat and air, huge casement windows from Pella, and an exquisite kitchen equipped with custom cabinetry, Formica countertops, and the expected high-end appliances. Most of the homes also come with private outdoor space. Private storage is available. For added convenience, the building stands close to many restaurants, bars, and cafes along Washington and Vanderbilt Avenues, and is a few blocks away from Prospect Park. The 2/3/4/B/Q subway lines are all nearby.

Next up is Grand Manor at 404 Grand Street in Williamsburg. Another collaboration with Leyden Lewis, each of the low-rise building's five units contain open plan layouts, wide-plank white oak flooring, recessed lighting, classic grid Pella windows, an in-unit washer/dryer, central heat and air, and best of all, private outdoor space. Kitchens come equipped with engineered quartz countertops and backsplash, custom oak cabinetry from 7HAUS, and a suite of Summit and Bosch appliances. Amenities include a virtual doorman. As expected, 404 Grand is conveniently surrounded by the neighborhood's trendy places that include Barcade, Lighthouse, and Don Pancho Villa. McCarren Park is a short walk away, along with the G and L subway stops. Prices start at $799K for this "contemporary urban lifestyle."
135-bayard-construction 135 Bayard (Left) via CityRealty
The fourth M Development building is located at 135 Bayard Street, next to the recently-built 137 Bayard and just a block away from McCarren Park. Construction on the project, which will house 5 stunning units, should wrap up soon. Each home will possess desirable contemporary finishes like hardwood flooring, oversized windows, a gas fireplace, private outdoor space, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Easily the most lavish of the four buildings, these residences will be accessed via a key-locked elevator. Storage units are also available. Bayard Manor is close to the G and L along with many of the restaurants, bars, and other destinations that line Manhattan and Graham Avenues. Prices start at $885K.
