Last fall, CityRealty took a look at a pair of new contemporary buildings by domoarchitecture about to rise on Metropolitan Avenue in the heart of Williamsburg. Construction is still underway on both, but 650 Metropolitan Avenue has just launched sales. The six-story boutique condominium is rising on a once-vacant lot and distinguished by a white brick facade and a black wing on the right side for private balconies. Every section is punctuated with oversized windows.
