A few short months after construction topped out, Nortco Development has launched sales at Eleven Hancock, a ground up luxury condominium in the heart of Harlem. The modern design by Issac | Stern is distinguished by its dramatic cantilever and facades of alternating zinc- and rust-colored bands. The 12-story building stretches over an adjacent low-rise to offer extra residential space while sparing its nearest neighbor. Oversized, gridded windows were inspired by New York’s industrial era and promise incredible natural light for the apartments within.
