All stages of Waterline Square have been eagerly watched seemingly from the time it was announced, and the project just reported a new one: According to a recent Instagram post by designer Rafael Vinoly, the final piece of the façade at Three Waterline Square has been installed. On the outside, Three Waterline Square resembles a multi-faceted crystal and could literally be described as the gem of the complex. On the inside, the building’s carefully expressed corners and gently sloping exterior walls will make the most of panoramic river, park, and skyline views.
In addition to some of the city’s most enviable views, all homes in Three Waterline Square will have interiors by AD100 designer Groves & Co., custom kitchens by Scavolini, and top-of-the-line finishes and fixtures. Available units range from $2.04 million for a one-bedroom to $8 million for a four-bedroom penthouse, and occupancy is expected to start at the end of the year.

Elsewhere in Waterline Square, residents will have access to a three-acre park, Cipriani’s first food hall, and over 100,000 square feet of sports, leisure, creative, and lifestyle amenities in The Waterline Club.
