Taken from the Portuguese for “garden,” Jardim could live up to its name simply for its location overlooking the High Line. However, Jardim goes several steps further with an ultra-private urban park designed in collaboration with Future Green Studio that will envelope both 11-story towers in the development. A brick-vaulted private tunnel with connect both buildings, leading to views of the garden’s dense greenery through a latticed wall in the attended lobby.
Jardim’s connection to nature also expands to the residences within: All 36 apartments in the development will have broad floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious terraces integrated with indoor living areas. Two-bedrooms start at $3.995 million, three-bedrooms start at $4.65 million, and a four-bedroom apartment is listed for $7.155 million.
Jardim’s signature amenity will be an indoor pool surrounded by cool terrazzo floors and warm reclaimed pine walls underneath scattered skylights that open up to the gardens. Other amenities will include a fitness center with adjacent movement studio, men’s and women’s changing rooms, saunas, steam rooms, an event space, children’s playroom, and automated parking system.
