Sales have begun at The Farrington, the 100-unit collection of condominiums inside a new 15 story mixed-use building at 134-37 35th Avenue in Flushing, just one block north of Northern Boulevard. The project from George Xu and Century Development was designed by Raymond Chan and features ground floor retail, a 210-room Four Points by Sheraton hotel on floors two through seven, and luxurious residential condominiums with amenities beginning on the eighth floor.

The building’s exterior is composed of glass and contrasting dark wood while inside, the collection of homes come in well-configured one and two bedroom layouts with a contemporary design. The Farrington’s current listings show one bedrooms priced from $693,696 to $812,396 and two bedrooms from $1.03 million to $1.089 million; Modern Spaces is exclusively handling marketing and sales. Homes have double paned floor-to-ceiling windows that are lightly tinted and select units have private outdoor space ranging from balconies to large private terraces. Floor plans show bedrooms with spacious closets and living/dining areas that open directly to private balconies or terraces.
