Washington Heights' latest development to hit the market is The Highbridge, located at 446 West 167th Street, just steps away from Highbridge Park and close to the A, C & 1 trains. The building was off to a slow start, with permits dating back to 2012, but significant construction progress was made this year and now, the 8-story, 39-unit project has received its facade and looks nearly complete. HAP Investments tapped Daniel Goldner Architects for the design.
