While the Upper East Side has seen some dramatic, amenity-rich new towers rise over the past few years, boutique condos in the area have been few and far between. However, The Marx is a six-story building comprising a two-bedroom duplex maisonette, a three-bedroom penthouse, and four two- to three-bedroom apartments with flexible layouts in between. Delivery is estimated for later this year, and sales are underway on the apartments inside.
