Just last January, we covered the vertical rise of Amiran Group's The Twenty1 slated for Chelsea. Last Tuesday, mere months later, the 12-story condominium celebrated its topping-off. The special ceremony, marking the milestone, was held nearby at 57 West 21st Street —allowing guests to glimpse at the opulently-designed spaces inside.

Positioned at 117 West 21st Street between Sixth and Seventh avenues in Chelsea's Ladies' Mile district, the Twenty1 is a complete renovation and addition of an existing four-story commercial structure.
