Here's a look at the rendering for a pair of new residential buildings making their way to the Fordham Heights neighborhood in the Bronx.
Last October, UA Builders Group filed permits for 2065 Ryer Avenue and 2067 Ryer Avenue, with Badaly Architects listed as the applicant of record. The rendering now appears on the architect's website, and the firm expects the project to be complete by fall of 2018.

According to a press release from last year, the site is being developed by Propco Holdings which awarded UA Builders Group with the project.
The rendering shows near identical 12-story buildings, which will each have 67 units inside, and a textured dual-tone facade with an entrance marquee. As New York YIMBY reported, "the pair will be among the taller buildings in the area, which is mostly dominated by five and six-story apartment blocks."
