Eisenhower, sixty years after his grandfather, John Hay Whitney, held the position.

It was trailed closely by #19CW, a three-bedroom asking $10,250,000. A few blocks north, a five-bedroom home with a private terrace at the Zaha Hadid-designed 520 West 28th Street entered contract asking an even $10,000,000.
