Just under the wire before December 1, another name can be added to November's biggest celebrity moves: Kaspar Basse, Denmark native and founder of hip worldwide juice/coffee chain Joe & The Juice, who listed his charm-filled Soho apartment for $6.995 million after only buying the unit for $5.85 million last year. Joe & The Juice started in Copenhagen in 2002 and now has over 200 locations in 14 countries, including 22 locations in New York City alone.
The penthouse is situated in a 6-story building at 63 Greene Street that was erected in 1877 as a store for E. Oelbermann & Co., whose name appears on the large and plain cornice. It was designed by Edward H. Kendell and converted to a condominium in 2016. Pop star Zayn Malik bought the penthouse in this same building in March for $10.7M. Mr. Basse's property is listed by Corcoran’s Albert & Rice Team – Douglas Albert and Brian Rice.

Mr. Basse's renovations include an automated Lutron lighting system with motorized blackout shades in the bedrooms.
