The Manhattan homes come to a median price of $2,158,700 ($1,751 per square foot) for condos and $999,444 for co-ops. The Brooklyn listings offer something of a respite at $1,382,000 ($1,279 per square foot) for condos, but relatively close to Manhattan co-ops at $970,000 (all figures per CityRealty listings).
