However, while its asking price of $13,750,000 was the highest of the past week, it nevertheless represents a 33.9% decrease from when it was initially listed for $20,800,000 in 2012.
According to The Real Deal, developer Thor Equities bought the property for $9.2 million in 2010; from there, it was leased out to upper-floor office units and a grade-level art gallery that, for a time, displayed pieces by the property's onetime neighbor Andy Warhol.
