Shortly after Central Park Tower's #84E had Manhattan's top contract, the unit closed in the past week's top sale at $25,012,625, or 27% below the last asking price of $34,264,000. The four-bedroom, four-bathroom home measures over 4,200 square feet and features triple exposures, a thoughtful layout, a well-appointed kitchen, and sweeping views.
