Rental listings show 14,456 units on the market, down slightly from the 14,881 of last Wednesday. Median Manhattan rents experienced a dip as well, and now come in at $2,800/month for studios, $3,420/month for one-beds, $4,396/month for two-beds, and $5,279/month for three-beds.
