Real estate investment firm Infinity Properties NYC recently announced a sales launch for their Clinton Hill condo at 169 Lexington Avenue. Dubbed 169LEX, the contemporary project is sited at the junction of Clinton Hill and Bedford-Stuvesant, and holds just four 2-bedroom residences ranging from 900 to 1,415 square feet. All four residences are now available and sales are being handled by Brooklyn-based Ideal Properties Group. Three of the units are priced at $949,000, and a fourth unit with additional space in the cellar and a private backyard, is priced at $1.099 million.
Designed by Gerald J. Caliendo, the 4-story building greets passersby with a modern stucco and ipe façade. Inside, each of the full-floor residences are outfitted with oak hardwood flooring, central heating and cooling, and a laundry closet. Most homes also include a private outdoor space by way of balconies or ground-level gardens.
